Project Overview :

Refurbishment of a row of century-old, terrace apartments with heritage listings on the NSW Heritage Register. The five three-storey terraces on Lower Fort Street and Trinity Avenue form part of what is known as the Workers Dwellings group within Sydney’s Millers Point Conservation Area.

When completed, the development will feature 27 modernised two-bedroom apartments with period features that are conserved in accordance with the project’s Conservation Management Plan.

Improvements to the existing buildings include high-end finishes and fittings, new bedroom extensions to the rear of the buildings, passenger lifts and sympathetic landscaping.
