Construction Profile’s refurbishment of Grocon’s Twenty95 Manly project has just achieved Practical Completion for Separable Portion 1.
While SP1 is only a small component of the overall development, it’s one of the riskiest as most of the work, including demolition, was carried out within and around a live Telstra Exchange. Importantly, the completion of SP1 also enabled the creation of new land titles to clearly demarcate the Telstra Exchange from the new, ‘value add’ elements of the development - an important milestone for our client Grocon.
SP1 owes its success to the collaborative framework set up by Essence Project Management and Grocon, beginning with the ECI project phase and continuing with the current D&C phase, where our site team is implementing our management plans methodically and working flexibly when the need arises.
Work on SP2 has now commenced. We look forward to an equally successful outcome.
