Construction Profile was asked to fit out a Manly tenancy on Darley Road as part of Twenty95 Manly’s (Grocon’s mixed-use development) marketing efforts.
Working very closely with the client, the architect and the sales agent, a quality fitout was completed in under 2 weeks with very little lead-up time.
Although the project was small in nature, Construction Profile took pride in being able to mobilise our much-valued subcontractor and supplier network over the busy Christmas and New Year period and meet the challenges posed by the client’s rapidly developing needs.
The fitout featured a typical residential kitchen and bathroom, a polished plasterboard welcome-wall and various joinery items for the display and storage of marketing materials. Other features included imported tiles (express delivery), ‘book-matched’ Caesarstone benchtop with ‘waterfall’ edges and the logistics management of all loose furniture.
