Upgrades and new works to the luxurious Hayman Island Resort.
Scope included the construction of the new “Aquazure” infinity-edge swimming pool and restaurant, as well as various infrastructure upgrades: a new guest pontoon, new desalination plant that supplies the island’s potable water, road resurfacings and new street lighting. Works were successfully constructed to an extremely tight six-month window coinciding with a planned shutdown of the resort.
