With almost two decades of experience in the design and delivery of residential, commercial, hospitality and heritage construction projects, Neil brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to any project or environment with which he is involved.
With experience in various project types across different sectors including construction, refurbishments and fitouts, the key to Neil's success is his focus on maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders involved in the design and delivery process.
Neil is across all facets of the business and maintains a direct focus on managing project delivery teams to ensure that the correct resources are allocated accordingly, costs are controlled, safety is at the highest standard and projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Lawrence has almost three decades of experience in the building industry. He was one of the industry’s earliest practitioners of computer-aided drafting back in 1989, before earning a degree in architecture and working for architectural practices such as Crone and The Buchan Group. In 1999, Lawrence switched to client-side project management when he joined APP Corporation to help deliver the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. During his 13+ years with APP, he was instrumental in the delivery of major projects in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Singapore and Shanghai. These projects spanned across the commercial, infrastructure, major event, aviation, health and residential sectors and ranged from $10m fitouts to $1.8b infrastructure projects. After his many travels, Lawrence moved back to Sydney in 2014 and joined Construction Profile in early 2015.
Although Lawrence spent many years on site, his forte lies in the pre-construction stages of a project. This is where his skills complement those of Managing Director, Neil Denton’s. His knowledge and experience of procurement models, risk management, design coordination, value engineering and quality assurance enable him to accurately interpret the challenges a client faces and articulate a practical solution.
Lawrence is charged with the development of the Construction Profile brand. Together with Neil, he ensures that what Construction Profile promises is what Construction Profile delivers.Read More
